Bikes on Buses

Any recent experience with bikes on inter city buses in Canada?
Prices, tips, do they even carry them?

Certainly depends on where in the country (which line). Ten days ago Québec > Trudeau airport via mtl on Orleans express. Something like 28$ includes a box.

I believe that their official policy is that bikes must be in boxes. I've already traveled with bikes in padded flight bags and once with a rinko bag.

If you meant city buses, several lines in large cities have bikes racks.

More generally, search the route to find the relevant bus line, and then Google their name + "bike policy"
