Crown race for replacement fork on Surly LHT

I need to replace the fork on my 2014 Surly Long Haul Trucker 700c 58cm frame. I am uncertain which Cane Creek 40 Series crown race to order.

My best guess is Cane Creek 40-Series Steel 41/30 1-1/8" Crown Race.

If you added the Amazon.com to the URL snippet below you could see the part I'm referencing.
/Cane-Creek-Steel-Crown-Race/dp/B08J3ZD6HP/ref=sr_1_4?crid=NAGXMCRAHKON&keywords=cane+creek+crown+race&qid=1689806099&sprefix=cane+creek+%2Caps %2C92&sr=8-4

Anyone know if that is compatible with the Cane Creek headset that came installed on the bike by Surly?

Thank you.

You would want the proper crown race for the headset which would be something for EC34 1 1/8. I won't go to Billionaire Jeff Bezos Amazon link but if that is the correct one then yes but I wouldn't give your money to him he is doing just fine.

Did something happen to the old crown race? You can remove and swap it to another fork but I get it sometimes a new one is just an easier option. You can also reach out to CC and they can help out but more than likely a 1 1/8 race for a 40 series fork should be just fine.

The crown race in that link is sold by 'The Rusty Crank', which is a small bike shop in Maine that is open to the public 3 days a week and sells both new and used bikes. https://www.rustycrank.com/articles/about-us-pg176.htm

Its a well repeated comment, but money that 'goes to Bezos' also goes to local vendors in the US and abroad. Further, it helps ensure 1.5million people have jobs(thru Amazon), as well as countless jobs with 3rd party contractors(delivery workers, maintenance, building/warehouse, etc). Are all those people also doing so well that you wont give your money to them?
And why is your standard for who is or isnt deserving of a sale based on if they are already 'doing just fine'? Perhaps they are doing just fine because they have created the least expensive or fastest way to make that sale and such conveniences are appealing to consumers?

He could pay $13 and have that in 2 days using Amazon. Or...
Buy it from ModernBike for $17 and wait at least a week. <--they are local to me, and...I wouldnt let my kids hang with theirs. Plus, they are a big presence online, are they also too big?
Buy it from Worldwide Cyclery for $12 and get free shipping, but wait 5-8 business days for delivery.
Buy it from 365Cycles for $14.68 and wait until 4-5 business days for delivery.

And maybe he just used the Amazon link because it pops up at the top of google and is easy to link.

Anyways, you do you, obviously. This thread shouldnt be about Amazon or Bezos, but since you brought both up and went off on a tanget, a response is quite appropriate. Your rambling seems...inconsistent or arbitrary.
If you use QBP, you are using a giant instead of smaller vendors and you are lining pockets of the fat cat wealthy elite. If you use Trek or Specialized, you are using a giant instead of smaller vendors and you are lining pockets of the fat cat wealthy elite.
yada yada.

See that is where you are going off. I dislike Jeff Bezos and Amazon not just because of size but because of how he treats the people who work for him and how the inequality in pay is so great. QBP actually treats their workers decently (from everything I have heard from people who have or still work there). Trek I have my issues with, same with Specialized but generally I haven't heard a lot of workers rights abuses going on with them at least not from the domestic side obviously labor practices in other countries can in some cases be quite atrocious or at least less than ideal but not company specific necessarily.

The lower level employees of Amazon are doing quite poorly generally that is the issue and giving them money won't solve those issues and you are certainly smart enough to know that. The guy has more money than the GDP of like 200 countries but his employees work in hot warehouses with in some cases little to no access to bathrooms and low pay, their delivery drivers and contractors can make as little as .50 per delivery without any supplemental pay for using their own vehicles and gas... you don't see where maybe that is a problem?

What is inconsistent about my dislike of Billionaire Jeff Bezos' Amazon? I do believe I have said anything different on that subject and I don't support him so if I am being inconsistent I would be curious how?

I love how people really need to defend Jeff all the time and whenever someone mentions him negatively it has to turn into something bigger.

If there is nothing wrong with the existing headset just reuse it.

From the Surly website

From what I understand Surly had never modified the specs since the LHT's inception
