Foot Numbness and Tingling
Around six months ago I stumped my toe really bad on the beadpost at night. My doctor ex-rayed it, and said that nothing was broken; but ever since, on long rides that foot goes numb, tingles, and is mildly painful. If I ride a lot, it stays that way between rides to some degree. Do you think this is anything to worry about? I don't want to curtail riding, but I want it to get better too!
Thanks! :) |

Thanks Chip!
I did move the cleats back, and I've been concentrating on pulling up when hard pedeling, and it is helping a lot! Mike |
yeah I was going to ask what type of pedals you were using. The answer to this question has as many answers as there are riders.
I finally switched to Look pedals/cleats and worked harder on using my legs ont he upstroke to cure my problem. |
i went up a half size in my shoes and use those cycling insoles, superfeet.
i also stay careful to not point my toes on the downstroke (don't know why i was doing that before). |
