I just bought a Diadora Cayman MTB shoes for my Shimano 520 pedals and I have no idea what to do with them!!! The bottom of the shoe does not "peel" as it says in the pedal instruction. Do I just cut that part off?
As you can tell, never used clipless pedals before. Help!!

I'm not familiar with the diadoras, but, my recent shoe purchases have always had a perforation around the area that is to be removed...underwhich is where the cleats are screwed into the shoe. I had to use a little suggestive pressure (a knife) to get it to cut the connections.
