Leather Re-breakin?

Picked a Vintage bike with an old Wrights W3n on it.

Now, my broken in Brooks Conquest rides comfortable after 2000 or so miles, I've cared for it since new.

This 20+ year old saddle after multiple proofhide apps, and 1500 miles shows no signs of re-forming to my anatomy, anyone have some exp getting the older saddles to re-conform to a diff. set of seat bones?

I have no idea how this seat was treated in the past, when I started, it was very hard, It's better with proofhide apps, but still gets very uncomfortable after 20 miles.

Thanks for looking,

Hans

Go to a place that has saddles for horses and tell them.

Thank You OnBike,
this looks exactly like what I'm looking to do, without going too extreme...
