The Tokyo Cycling Club (TCC) has the pleasure of announcing its second bicycle excursion to Kawagoe on March 21st, 2006 (Vernal Equinox Day).
The TCC, a joint project of e-Wadachi and JREF, comprises Japanese and foreign bicycle aficionados and aims at promoting friendship and cultural exchange between cyclists from Japan and elsewhere.
