No longer heading east :(
Not sure if this has already been posted, but some very unfortunate news about a regular touring forum contributor suffering a nasty accident in Croatia. It sounds like Kyle will make a full recovery in time. Here's wishing him all the best for a speedy recovery.

No it hasn't already been posted, as far as I am aware. It's never good to hear of a fellow touring poster getting hurt doing the thing we all like to do.
Sending some best wishes to Kyle, and hoping he makes his January 2009 target to be back on the road touring.

Hey man... you! Even more that you get well quickly. Never good to see a fellow Aussie resident doing it tough.
Gawd, Croatia and Australians just don't seem to be mixing too well at the moment.

Yeah I got the luckier of the two situations, that's for sure...
