Saddle suggestions?

I'm looking for a new saddle for my touring bike that's not leather (so that rules out the automatic B17 response). Any suggestions?

What about a protein based B17 by Brooks. Your not going to get another answer around here.

Well, OK, how about the selle san marco Rolls?

Good suggestion, if a San Marco fits you. I used to ride a Rolls and currently ride a Regal. I would recommend both of them. Keep in mind that a great saddle that doesn't fit right still sucks, though.
