Nashbar Comfort Road Tire

Has anybody used Nashbar's Comfort Road Tire? https://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?c...eid=&pagename=

The price is cheap, $4.95 but is this a case of getting what you pay for?

I bought a pair last year when they were on sale and used them on a fixed gear I had built up at the time. they were good for what I wanted-that is a good cheap tire that I wasn't afraid to stop skid on. I didn't put a ton of miles on them though.

If we are talking touring, no kevlar. Nashbar has a bunch of quite nice older slicks, etc.., but they are blowing them out because they are older cassing technology.
