Good bike shop in South Orange County

Hello,

I am looking to have some work done on my Trek 520 before I go off to Europe at the end of December , but so far I have had bad luck finding a decent bike shop. (Hopefully a bike shop with experience in touring bikes)

If anyone has any reccomendations please post them here!

Thank you in advance!

P.S. What I'm looking for is to switch out the chain rings for lower chain rings as many people have reccomended on these forums. I am also going to need help packing the bike (getting a bike box).
