5 Long Months...
I am so happy I could pee! I have been off my beloved new bike for exactly 5 months thanks to a badly broken wrist. I recently stripped the bike down and cleaned and rebuilt her and today I went for my first ride. Yippee!! Just 25 short km on a beautiful day but at least I am back in the saddle. Its going to take a long time to get my butt and legs back into shape. I have spent the fall and winter thinking about and planning this summers tours now I get to start working toward them.

Glad for you. Have been off the bike for 9 weeks after dislocating shoulder. Probably be off another 9 weeks.
