Dahon?
I have never owned a Dahon, but at least from what I read, I like Dahon as a company and their philosophy. They don't appear to charge a lot of mark up and just want to get people out of their cars and on bikes whether it be theirs or a competitors.
I wished their site provided more in the way of geometry but if I were looking for a tourer that packs well, I would seriously look at this. It is fairly well spec'd. I don't think I have seen Dahon in this forum but thought I would ask if anybody has ever tried one or know of somebody who has?

The TOURnado looks like a very nice bike. It was wisely equipped with a Sugino XD crank which accepts a huge range of chainrings, allowing the bike to easily be geared down for loaded touring.
The chainstays look longer than usual for a road bike which is good for heel clearance and stability.
The only caveats I see are the 32 spoke wheels and 11-26 cassette. It's entirely possible that these wheels are strong enough but I'd feel better about 36 spokes, at least on the rear wheel. The cassette is an easy change to do and undo.
