Anyone have the Lake MX101 shoes or the Diadora Toluca Trekking Shoe?

How do they fit? I have a wider foot.
Lake has a wide version of the MX101 but Nashbar does not carry it in my size. I currently have a pair of Shimano SPDs size 45. A bit tight but OK.
How is the power transfer?

Thanks
Do you have the regular Lakes or the wide version?
What about power transfer? Are they stiff enough so you don't get a hot foot?

I ordered the normal width. They did not have my size in the wide version. I hope they fit.
