Help choosing Novara Safari Size

Just checked REI's website and they are taking back orders for the Safari, will ship sometime around the 9th Nov. I need help choosing the frame size. My inseam is 33.75 with shoes on. The stand over height for the 18'' model is 31.1 and the 20'' is 32.9. Any suggestions? I am leaning toward the 18''. I don't have a car so I can't make the 3.5hr trip to the nearest REI.

Yikes! I love the Safari, but don't buy one without a test ride! Call your local store, (if 3.5 hours is local) ask if they'll stock a 18" and 20" bike for you, go test ride, bring the one that fits home.

One nice thing about REI is that you can always return the bike for a different size if you wish.
