Decent 80s Hardrock price???

Hola. This guy by me has an 80s Hardrock that is in pristine condition, perfect for a touring project. i know that there is always a better deal just around the corner, but i can live with that since the future is always the future. The guy is asking way too much in my opinion ($125), but i was wondering what a fair price would be. i don't care about extraordinary deals as i am always happy to pay a fair price (karma comes in all shapes and forms). Gracias and Ashe.

I paid $100 for one a couple summers ago. It was at a bike store near a college campus. Seems to me $50 to $80 is a fair price if buying from an individual.
