Giant OCR Touring

I was so pysched after the MS 150 that I've decided to buy a real road/touring bike and get rid of my homemade mountain/road combination bike. I do light touring (1-4 day credit card rides with rear panniers only) and charity events, I also commute about 20 miles a day, and use road riding for the majority of my training (I'm all about mountain biking on the weekends). Anyway, I don't want to spend too much but want something durable and high quality. I just discovered the Giant OCR Touring. I might be able to get an '03 for about a grand. Shimano 105's, 700c wheels, adjustable stem, and avid mechanical disks too. What are your opinions on this bike.
