Fenders

Where can I find premium quality metal fenders?
Thanks..

"hubs: $239
rims: $130
spokes: $26
rim tapes: $5
Putting it all together over a glass of wine: Priceless"

I think you will need the whole bottle for that job. :D

I have had little luck in finding a good set of fenders for my touring bike and ended up buying a goodwill special for $10.CDN and reusing off the nice fenders it came with.

I use the planet bike hard core fenders on my commuter and touring bike, they give good coverage and I've never had a failure with them and they have been in use for years.

Why metal ones? The best fenders I know are SKS chromoplastic. They are standard on every touring bike Ive seen. They even have safety release clips on the front.
