For those worried about broken spokes and wheel quality, it looks pretty good to me. I am >200 lbs and carry rear panniers daily, so I am not easy on wheels. Hopefully the tires will last a few hundred more miles now that I have rotated them. I am up to 910 miles now on the bike. I've changed a lot on the bike to my liking, but the bike quality seems solid to me.
FWIW...
We found the OEM tires on the Windsor Tourists to wear well, but puncture fairly easily. Wear will depend on the weight of the rider and the pressure maintained. Of the 6 tires on our three bikes, 3 made it all the way across the US (4400+ miles). One of the three was pretty shot and two had some miles left in them.
