'tardis' bike bag from groundeffect

does anyone have any experience with this bag? it looks really great, but it appears to be made more for mountain bikes as opposed to road/touring bikes. while the actual use of the bicycle is obviously not important, i am thinking more along the sides of wheel size. while my touring frame is small (49cm), it still uses 700c wheels. will it fit?

It says that it fits most mountain bikes, road and touring bikes. A bike your size would surely fit. Looks like it is about 47.25" x 27.75"
