1. Scott Sub as touring bike? 2. Child trailer?
Hi,
Please, help me....
1. I'm looking for a bike which will serve me for my daily city life moving around AND for the once-twice a year long scale trips (around 3-4 weeks). I was recommended by a salesman Scott Sub (price-wise - Sub 20). Any thoughts? Any other options you thinks could convenient for me? BTW - it comes with either 700c or 26" wheels. What will do it better (i know it's an old questions but...)?#
2. I looking a child trailer. any not too expensive one that can do the long trips? did anyone do it? is it realistic?
THANKS!!

hi there i posted about the sportster p6, I saw it in the bike shop and i was impressed with the build of the frame, they look re-inforced in all the right places. I looked at the geometry on the sub and the chainstays are 430mm on the sportster they are 450mm. So if you plan on 700c wheels you may want to check it out. There dosnt seem to be much comment about scott bikes here. Its a big shame there is no front pannier mount, but oh well. be interesting to see if anyone has a comment?
what else do you intend to do with the bike?
