Cannondale T800 replacement brake pads?

I have a Cannondale T800, it's about 6 or seven years old, and while I've replaced the pads before from a retailer in person (a while back, don't remember when exactly) with OEM pads, I'm trying to figure out what size/style of v-brake pad would fit in the holder that's already on the brakes.

FWIW, they are in-house brand "Coda" brakes, the pads are held in the holders with pins.

If I wanted to replace with Kool Stops, or SwissStop pads, any idea which size/shape I should be looking for?

Without knowing more about those specific brakes, difficult to identify precisely which brake pad should be used. If the brakes are regular v-brakes or use regular v-brake pads, I recommend the Koolstop MTB salmons rather than replace the pad inserts as you describe. I recommend reviewing the options on this page and perhaps you can better identify that which you need:

Hi superslomo, I have a T2000 with cantilever brakes and I use a Kool Stop Salmon refill.
Any replacement pad that fits a Shimano XTR will fit my Cannondale pad holders.
Check out the Sheldon Brown's article on brake pads, the man was a genius.

Happy touring!

Strange that they went from the V-Brakes that I have back to a cantilever. The endless tweaking around with the springs for balancing is no great time, but other than that they've been good.

Good to know that the XTR refills are usable, I'm going to get some of the kool-stops soon to replace the fading set that I'm now using.
