There is a new site, which maps america's roads for safty.
I didnt' plunge into it, but I hope people here could find good use for this maps when creating cycling route.

Interesting, but I don't see it as particularly useful for bike touring or even really for cycling in general. still, I would be interested in hear how others use it if they should find it useful.

Strangely, on checking the area I live in, I was surprised the fatalities were so low for such a busy area.
