Fenders on a BBU

About to head to Cuba for a tour. But I want to attach fenders on my Cannondale BBU, but it seems to me that because of my Headshock I am going to have difficulty attaching the front fender to the top of the fork. Am I missing something obvious? Or do I just zip-tie the top of the fender to the rack or fork - YUCK.

Thanks.

Isn't there a bolt hole at the top of the fork?

I just mounted my Planet Bike fenders on the Cannondale. I went to the hardware store to add a bracket to my OMM front rack to which I attached the fender bolts - works beautifully. I zip-tied the top to just below the Headshok.

The rear rack attached quite easily and sturdily with bolts on the eyelets and zip ties at the seatstays and at the BB. Sturdy as can be.

If anyone would like to see pics, PM me.
