Was interested to hear views on the best clothing combination for a Kashmir, nepal, bangladesh tour starting in may june and going through until october, obviously going from serious elevation down to sea level, and super dry and cold in kashir to monsoon weather in bangladesh. all comments greatly appreciated

I hiked through the Indian Himalayas in July-August 2005. In Leh (3500m), daytime temperatures allowed for shorts and t-shirts, nighttime required a sweater or shell. In the mountains, especially above 4500m, daytime temperatures were only a few degrees C while nighttime required sweaters, possibly toques.
