Axiom Lasalle and a Blackburn EX-1?

Just getting into touring and I just acquired a Cannondale T800 with the Blackburn EX-1 rear rack. Would this pannier fit on this rack? What would be a good front rack/pannier to get? Thanks!

My Axiom LaSalles... (not being particularly big)... would fit on the Blackburn EX-1 . I have a similar (older) Blackburn and it's been solid. I normally never take more than about 30 pounds on it and less if I can.

You could also fit the Axiom panniers on a Delta low rider front rack.

This sounds like a good setup for lightweight touring. If you plan on a major expedition, you might want to spend a little more, maybe look at the Tubus or Surly offerings.

Thanks for the response... I'm planning on riding from Chicago to San Diego area so would you say it would be best to look for a new rack? I have no idea how much weight I will be traveling with as of right now since I have never been touring before, but I imagine it would be more than around 30 pounds.
