Front rack with Quicktrack-style bags? Does it exist?

I'm wondering if there's a front rack available with the Topeak-style "Quicktrack" mounting system, where the panniers actually "click" into place and can be very easily taken off or firmly attached to the rack.

I tried the Topeak Explorer rack for the rear and it's exactly what I'm looking for, unfortunately the Topeak bags are rather small and I'm doing a cross country self supported tour so I need front panniers too, for the capacity. Is there a similar system for any kind of front panniers? My dream scenario is to be able to switch my bike from touring mode to ride-about-town mode in as little time as possible.

Not that I'm aware of.
I am in the process (as soon as it gets warmer here) or modifying my Jandd front rack by adding a plastic slide tray I obtained from Topeak/Todson. I will use normal panniers but want to have a QR trunk bag with my essentials and valuables that I can quickly pop off to go into a store, restaurant, etc. The Jandd rack does not have the raised bar on it for the Topeak security clip but I figure I can use a small bungee over the clip to keep it from sliding off.

The slide tray I'm using is what Topeak uses for the QR beam rear racks. I was able to purchase it through their Todson online support.

I'd be worried about that slide tray holding any amount of weight, unfortunately. Also the modification sounds a bit beyond my skills.

It seems a little crazy that there aren't any quick release front racks out there. I would have thought there'd be a ton of people in my boat, who want to be able to pop the front and rear panniers off in a few seconds while touring. Get into your campground, set up the tent, pop off the panniers and put them inside the tent, then go off on your merry way to find food or whatever. Obviously that was the thinking behind the rear racks Topeak makes.

But there are quick release pannier attachments:
  • Ortliebs release with an upward pull on the strap
  • Arkels require flipping a single lever, followed by an upward pull
I'm sure there are others, too.

Those Arkel bags look perfect. Thanks!
