Wald Flashlight Holder

Anybody ever use one of these? Do you think this would be a better option than a $10-$25 bicycle headlights?

I had one 35 years ago. It worked but I thought it looked ugly. I now use elastic bands to attach lights to my bars.

I use a Twofish lightblock for a AA size LED flashlight. Works good for less than $10.00.
