Should I get this Bike?

I'm looking to buy this bike for loaded touring. It looks pretty good, and I would have to pay about $350 for it. It has 21 speeds, and it has eyelits on the bottom and middle of the fork. The frame size is good for me also.

Very nice looking bike. Cannondale is a proven brand for sure. If it fits you well, and all components are in good working order, go for it. 'Bout 1/3 the price of a new one.
