Locking mesh net that fits over panniers?
 

I seem to recall that there are thin wire mesh nets that can be stretched over panniers and locked. But, I can't seem to locate them.

I've searched google high and low (and my own archive, too :) ) and can't find a reference to them.

Does anyone know about these things and can point me to a link?
