What's up with this bike?
looks like the cranks are on the wrong side... any thoughts?
also, how easy would it be to make this back into a proper touring bike?

Looks like the images were just "flipped" over (try to read the handlebars in the 4th image).

The picture was taken with the aid of a mirror..... or they flipped the picture for some reason?
