best rear rack for the value...
I'm looking for a rear rack that is brushed silver looking. The Planet Bike eco rack seems nice but i've seen bad reviews. Can anyone make a recommendation for a rear rack? Not really sure what to look for? I'm probably going to make some kitty litter panniers for it.
