Might be old news, but was up there this weekend and it's the first time I've seen it. May be because all the signs are new http://www.riverrunbnb.com/

Riverrun B&B Right off the WMRT about a block from the bike shop.

Thought the C&O travelers might be interested, since the only thing I was aware of was the uber tacky motel and that area begged for someplace halfway nice to stay.

Oh come on now spinnaker, that motel had lots of atmosphere and style (in the 50's).

It was that group of dead beats that ruin it ;-)
