Tenkara fishing and touring
hey all. Updating from a campsite in
middle Tennessee. Just wrote a review on some fly rods that work great for touring. One of them being the Tenkara. Check it out here:

I always make my own rods, there are some nice fly rod blanks out there for under 60 bucks in the 4 piece segment, sometimes under 40. I'm a fly rod snob, but most rods are overpriced since there really hasn't been a useable advantage in new materials since carbon first came in, I peruse the NOS bins whenever I can.
