Norco Kwest experience?

Hello forum,
I'm thinking of building an 'all-rounder' with a touring frame as a base. I came across this frameset
someone is selling:

Brand new 2008 Norco Kwest touring frame (never built)
Medium size
Full braze-ons for fenders, racks, and 3 bottle cages
Bottom bracket shell and head tube have been professionally faced

Includes:
Brand new Salsa Lip Lock seat tube clamp
Brand new Carbon Stem
Very good condition Carbon touring fork with low rider rack bosses
Very good condition Tioga 1 & 1/8 threadless headset

...asking price is 275.00 Canadian. Anyone have experience with this bike or comments to share? I know this model is sold as a full bike, but actual info in the way of reviews or comparisons is practically nonexistent. I'm not sure what to make of the price.

Kwest

In September I took mine from Victoria BC to the California border. I'm 200# and I had 40 # of gear on board. I had absolutely 0 problems - found the bike to be stable even though I had no front rack. I like the bike a lot.

Thanks for the feedback gulfislander. I contacted the seller and he seems to be legit...the price seemed somewhat low for what is being offered.
