Comunidad Valenciana is known for its deep roots to music bands, every village has one. This wall is in Pego little city close to Denia. I think its the place of a music association.

very interesting, especially that the tradition is there still in the Philippines and even in Mexico (again, connected to being a good old religious teaching and promotional thing--plus people always like some theatre )

This is not fully self-contained touring, just a minor trial run, after adding the double crank for improved gearing. The panniers just have clothes, a CPAP machine, some dry food, and the trunk bag full of tools and spares, for a 1 week visit to someone; Folded bike for train trip, then onto shuttle bus to coast, then unfolded and a brief ride to the house. Spent lots of time biking that week. For real touring, a bit less clothes, but add tent, sleeping bag and air pad, light bulky things strapped to the rack tops. I think I can make things fit. The big challenge is finding places to charge the large Li-Ion battery (probably 2, sleep with 1 while the other charges), to power the CPAP machine on the road. Neither hub generator nor solar panels have anywhere near the power to do that. Need AC power, and safe enough to leave it charge without the expensive battery being stolen. Wish we had hydrogen fuel cells and refueling stations.

Panniers 4,1kg + 4,0kg, Handle bar Bag 4,8kg, Frame Bag 1,6kg, Small Handle Bar Bag 0,8kg (camera). Cooking, Sleeping Outside (Tent, 2 Mattrasse, Sleeping Bags), Clothing, all in there for 2 Persons.

wow , that doesnt look like 7 days of food, impressive.
I have a flyer on my commuter, it is fine, but not as good as I had hoped. Have ridden it for years and its still not overly sprung feeling, but im a lightweight
