From backpacking, one of my favorites is the Viga-brand black-beans-and-rice mix. The beans are dried, so they cook in 20 minutes with the rice, and the flavor is really good. Around here, Kroger has them, Walmart doesn't. Add meat of your choice.
Stuffing mix is a quick-and-easy dish to whip up. |
