I have to ask, whats that on the back of your pannier rack in the forground............... and by the way your cooker is impressive, its great seeing other people's setups. 10 outa 10 ;-)

The Fosters can I picked up the other day does seem to work fine, but I like the idea of the extra strength the Heini. can offers. Plus I think a supercat will fit under the Heine can, the cat food can I got the other day won't fit inside the bottom of the Fosters can.

You will find that boil times are rather long with the beer can pots. The reason is because they are narrow and most of the heat just goes around the can instead of being absorbed. I use one of the small camping tea pots fro GSI, it has a wide flat bottom and works very well. Worth checking out.

I use an Imusa aluminum mug from Fiesta market. It doesn't come with a lid and I looked and looked for one that fit. I never found one, so I pounded one out from a piece of flat aluminum. Also, the handle tended to get super hot, so I removed it and left just enough of a nub to attach a removable handle made from bicycle spokes. It's a light-weight setup that cost me $4.00 for the pot and wooden knob. (I had the spokes and sheet of aluminum laying around my shop - that would probably add another $6.00 to the cost.) The windscreen, stove, pot-stand, etc all fit inside the mug.

On the pannier rack? Let's see, there is a passenger seat with brown naugahyde (no ones ever ridden on it), there are small fiberglass panniers- the one on the unseen right side has a 12volt 12 amp/hour battery, and on top of the seat, there is the Battery charger, for the E-bikes main battery. It is the Lafree Sport electric bike, which is a joy when it comes to riding uphill.
