Off Road Bicycle Touring

Hi
On Friday this week I am travelling to the beckon Beacons in Wales, to do a practise D of E Gold Expedition on bikes. I have loaded up my bike and it’s fairly heavy. I have left a copy of my personal kit list below and was wondering if I could leave anything out of it. For more information I am going on a four day three night off road expedition and will be camping and carrying everything including food for those days. Also if you think I have left anything out on the kit list please could you tell me.
Thanks

Your list is a little heavy on the clothes. Weight is always an issue off road. See if you can get some ideas from this site: http://www.bikepacking.net/ check under personal setups.
