Introducing - Touring for the vertically challenged :)
Built this for the wife this weekend. If you've never seen what an itty bitty Salsa Vaya looks like, behold. It does indeed perfectly fit a 4'11" woman...

Very nice! In my size range too.
I ride a 42cm LHT and a 13.5in old style Novara Randonee (26" wheels) that are tiny too. |
