Bikes: Had a Surly Cross Check - was totaled in recent accident. Sadly now just a Fuji Crosstown as a backup bike.

Anyone used bikebagshop.com?

Just was curious before placing an order, didn't know much about them.

I bought the Tubus Duo, a set of Ortlieb front panniers, and a handlebar bag from them. No problems at all. I recall that at checkout, the price was even lower than what was advertised on their web pages. And you get to pick some freebies. I went for a couple of balaclavas. I would definitely buy from them again.

I just bought some gear from them (rack + handlebar bag). Both things came with a freebie, so that was pretty sweet (map case for the bag and a superflash light).

Shipping was a little slow, but in their defence it was during the Canada Post strike, so I don't think it was their fault. All in all, I'd definitely buy from them again!

Bikes: "Hildy", a Novara Randonee touring bike; a 16-speed Bike Friday Tikit; and a Specialized Stumpjumper frame-based built-up MTB, now serving as the kid-carrier, grocery-getter.

I've used them a couple of times, no issues. Their tech people were very helpful when I had questions about fitting a rear triangle kickstand so it'd work alongside a trailer hitch.
