returning to where the case is stored? OH, so the case aids the pannier load under it.. or what? guess the buyer needs to pack it up and see how that all sorts out. For sure the box goes where I go with the bike and gear. No circle tours necessary -except around Iceland in a couple of years :p Once I unpack arvon2 and put on my gear on the two racks I'll know. Yes, pics will follow. I just have to figure out how to reduce their pixel size and post them. Maybe I should post them on Flicker? Whaddya think? Also, the Ergon GC3 grips look like the ones I will get. I await a reply from Ergon regarding several questions. Not cheap, but they seem to be excellent for my needs. |

We could have used SS couplers but to save costs, and because we have a good working design, used our own which are field serviceable.
:D As to cost... the complete Arvon costs less than a six pack frame and fork. Once day my SnS bike snuggled up to a six pack in a downtown PDX hotel holding area. Two thoughts came to mind, "Only in Portland," and "The cost of those two bike could buy a kia." As a person slightly taller and very lanky my heart warms when I see a bike like this. -esc |
