World Bicycle Relief
 

I wanted to bring this organization to people's attention. World Bicycle Relief provides bicycles to people in undeveloped countries (mostly in Africa) to extend what they can do on any given day. To date (1/2012), they have distributed close to 100,000 bicycles in Africa and Asia.

Bicycle tourists have a unique understanding of the power of a bicycle to change someone's life. I was inspired to make a donation. Maybe you will, too.
