App that does turn by turn gps?

I'm looking for an app for the iPhone 4 that gives turn by turn information from an imported file. I don't mind paying if it works well. There are a lot of gps apps for bikes but most them just record what you are doing. I want something more like a car gps. It has to work in all countries or at least s Korea

Thanks

Here's a start: https://lifehacker.com/5870122/the-be...app-for-iphone

There are many apps like this. I use Navigon in US and Europe.

Check out Google Navigation or Waze. I'd assume at least google is international, but they're both free so it can't hurt to try right?
