Shimano 105 Aero Brake Levers

I'm putting bar end shifters on my Trek 520 and removing the STI shift/brake levers. I was just wondering if the Shimano 105 aero brake levers (or any of the aero levers) would work with the cantilever brakes that are currently on the bike?

Yes, cable pull for cantilevers and road calipers is the same. The different ones are V-Brakes (linear pull cantilevers)

If you're going from mountain style levers to road, you'll also need a method of adjusting brake cable tension. I like Jagwire's inline barrel adjusters.
