Looking for K's??? website address

About this time last year, somewhere on bikeforums...to make matters worse yet, I saw about a guy who had rode a lot of XC miles. He was rather well known and had a website. The guy has since died. I want to say his first name was Ken or Kevin...something like that, last name may have been Kern...probably WAY off on the last name though. He had good write ups on his website about stealth camping, gear, just about everything for bike touring. I wish I could remember his name than I might be able to do a quick search and find his website address, but I can't for the life of me remember his name.

I'm sure with what I've said someone can point me in the right direction to his website. I would love to go back through his website again now that I've did my first decent tour. I would love to see what kind of new ideas I pick up.

Boy I was awfully darn close to the correct name, had the right initials at least. Thanks, that's the site I 'm looking for.

When I was getting into bike commuting I spent a lot of time reading his site. There's a ton of good information there. It was very sad to read of his death.
