Mountain Bike Tour in South Africa

Hi you!
I am planning my holiday for next year. This year I have been in France for cykling there about four weeks. 2013 I want to go to South Africa for a cycling tour in cape town. Here is the tour I have in mind. But I want to modify it a little bit. Anyone who has positive experience in Africa to share with me?

Marcus

I've been to Africa three separate times for a total of about four months. I've spent time in east and southern Africa. Africa is terrific! Never done any bicycling, however. Roads, when I was there, seemed pretty dangerous. None of the national parks that I visited would let you inside unless you were in a car. That said, Cape Town is probably the best spot for a mountain bike tour. I ran into a guy who did a short (3-5 day?) tour by mountain bike in the Cape Town vicinity and he thought it was pretty fun. Unfortunately, I wasn't into bicycling at that time so I don't remember any of the details
