Pannier Racks for Road Bike with No Eyelets

I'm planning to cycle LEJOG in June 2013 over 7-8 days and stay in B&Bs. I have a Cube Peloton Race road bike but like most road bikes, it has no eyelets to mount a pannier rack. What pannier racks are available which would be suitable for a 1000 mile tour like this? I've looked into Axiom Streamliner, but have read they don't take much weight a swing a lot? Can anyone share their experience of these? Or recommend something reliable please. Cheers.

For that bike, I'd go with a trailer instead of panniers. BOB has some good single-wheel trailers. The Burley Nomad is another good choice.

Call Wayne at the Touring Store. He fixed up my wife's Bianchi with no mounts with a Tubus Fly and Ortlieb front rollers Classics and the correct mounting kits. Shoe size and chainstay length are the critical measurements.
