Hope the Swift works out.
I would add (re them not getting back to you) that perhaps you could give them a phone call. When I began thinking of trying a Brooks for the first time, I had a number of questions, and decided to just call the factory. Looked up the number, the secretary passed me on to someone who after I explained that I was calling from Canada with some basic questions, patiently took the time to listen, answer my questions and give his opinion on the different models.
I realize your case is not one easy to show without photos or someone actually holding the seat in their hands, but who knows, perhaps a calm and polite call explaining the situation and being disappointed with it, might end up with something?
I imagine retaking photos with better focus and different angles, and sending another email with them, would probably be a good idea. As with mentioning the Swift you have, to show you are a "valued" customer blah blah blah (even if they never got back to you the first time)
I dunno, I suspect actually speaking to someone would work, emails are terrible for getting deleted, forgotten etc.

good luck, especially with the Swift.

I have noticed the lopsided seat problem several times. But mostly on non bike riders ;-).
