trek 520 touchup paint question

My 520 has lived a rough life of commuting next to the Pacific Ocean for 5 years, and taken to sea(us navy) an is time for some tlc to the frame. The bike is sage green and I was hoping not to have to strip all the way down and repaint or powder coat, just wanted to get the rust off, prime and paint the affected areas. Is there a company that sells stock bike manufacture colors, or should I just ride in to an auto repair shop and get paint color matched?

If just applying touchup to nicks and scratches, model paints come in lots of colors, but it is getting harder to find stores that sell models and associated paint. And nail polish also available in lots of colors.

I've had good luck finding model paints; hobby lobby stocks them, no doubt other stores do as well.

It's more spot rust removal, prime, paint. Wondering if I should just have it stripped and powder coated instead...

Dealer may have tossed the little bottles in a box .. bikes often ship with them ,but adding them to a displayed bike, is unwieldy.

Should you decide to re-finish the frame completely, this company did a fantastic job on my Bruce Gordon R'n R. $150 for the frame including stripping and $25 for two racks .

https://www.powdercoatstudio.com/

They're in Traverse City, MI so not far for you to ship to.
