What is available for touring fork replacement with disk brake mounts?

Not that there's anything wrong with my current fork, but the idea just hit me and I'm really liking it. I've got disk brakes on my mountain bike and see them as superior. I'd love to have them on the touring bike. It's a 700c bike with 1" steer tube.

Sadly, it seems that all of the Salsa and Surly forks are 1 1/8". Ideally, there's something out there with 1" threaded and lower rack mounts. Threadless is possible too, of course, if that's all there is. ...If even that exists...

3speed, Any frame builders in your area? If you have a steel fork it shouldn't be anything for a builder to add them.
